Terms and Conditions

General Terms: All services provided by Printix are subject to availability and must comply with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

Service Liability: Printix takes all precautions to ensure high-quality prints. However, we are not liable for damages to surfaces that are improperly prepared or unsuitable for printing. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure walls are clean, dry, and structurally sound before printing.

Payment: Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

Cancellations and Refunds: Clients can cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after this period.

Privacy Policy: All personal information collected is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. We use data only to enhance your experience and improve our services.
